I am Phani Raj Swarna, father of 2 children, corporate employee turned ecom business owner turned coach. I created the CGI Ladder framework with the goal of helping one million introverts achieve CGI - confidence, growth & influence. My dream is to see introverts thrive in their career, business & relationships.

 

I am passionate about learning human behavior and emotions. 

CGI Ladder is the result of 10+ years of this study, understanding &  experimenting. I believe we are at the cusp of a "digital learning & skilling" revolution - learning what you want, when you want, and is  ready to use in real life. CGI Ladder for introverts is born out of this belief; introverts can learn and grow tremendously in 3 months, instead of 5-10 years, by taking proactive action.
